The training is conducted online combining video lessons, exercises, and homework. The lessons incorporate numerous examples for better comprehension, having also a strong focus on improving listening skills. Incorrect pronunciation is often associated with inadequate listening skills.

- Ann Cook certified and completed three courses at Knight-Thompson Speechwork (phonetic and dialect training for actors)
- Lived in the USA and Canada for 9 years
- Has been engaged in pronunciation coaching for Russian speakers for 6 years
